Return/Exchange policy

1. Returns and Exchanges

Timeframe: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Reverse Shipment Fee
: A fee of up to ₹100 per item may be deducted as per our Fair Usage Policy.

Return Pickup Attempts:

  • Return pickups will be attempted within 24–48 hours from the date of the request.
  • A maximum of three pickup attempts will be made. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address.

Service Availability: Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area.

2. Refund Process

For COD Orders 

  • Refunds will be processed in your Store credit within 2-3 working days after the return pickup is completed. 

For Prepaid Orders 

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3–4 working days after the return pickup is completed.

Note:

  • COD payments will be refunded to the wallet, which can be used on future purchases.
  • Reward points, store credits & shipping charges (If any) are non-refundable.
  • Store credit will be valid for 60 days.

3. Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be in their original condition with intact tags.
  • Products that are visibly used, worn, or returned in poor condition will not qualify for a refund.

4. Received wrong product  

  • If the product you have received is damaged/missing/wrong product: Please don't worry, in this case we just ask you to send the pictures of the damaged/ wrong product and send you the correct product at your doorstep.
  • If you have received a wrong product, make sure to not use the product and preserve it in it's original condition. If anything is missing/used you will have to incur the charge of the same.
  • For Proof of Missing Product; Customer is Advised to Take a Video of Unboxing. Without an Unboxing Video proof we do not consider the Missing Claims.
  • Proper Unboxing Video –

    must show label on the package pasted by Labroz
    must be without any pauses or cut
    must show the product properly.

5. Refunds for Free Product Deals

Orders placed during promotional offers like BOGO (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or other similar deals that include free products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

6. Self-Shipping for Returns

If reverse pickup services are unavailable in your area pincode, you’ll need to ship the product(s) to the following address:

Shipping Instructions

  • Pack the items securely to prevent loss or damage during transit.
  • Include your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.
  • Ensure all items are in unused condition with tags and packaging intact.

Reimbursement

  • For prepaid orders, the full amount plus ₹100 (towards courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account.
  • For COD orders, the refund will be credited to your Labroz Wallet.

Note: Avoid using The Professional Couriers, as we do not accept shipments from them. We recommend Speed Post for reliable service.

7. Terms and Conditions

  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate bank account details for refunds. SNITCH is not liable for errors in the provided details.
  • If you’ve received a delivery confirmation but haven’t received the package, report it within 24 hours.

8. Reporting Damages

  1. If the product does not meet standards at delivery, notify us within 1 day via:

  2. Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it and notify you about the refund eligibility. Refunds are processed within 30 working days from confirmation.
